Battle of the Exes: G.E.M. and Yoga Lin release new albums

G.E.M. - Xposed

After her world concert tour last year, G.E.M. is back with a new sound and style for her highly anticipated fourth album! No longer a teenager, the rising Hong Kong pop idol has found much musical inspiration from the recent setbacks and tremendous pressure in her life, and that became the basis of the new album. Again recorded in Los Angeles with a crew of top international musicians, Xposed contains seven Mandarin and three Cantonese new songs, including the chart-topping lead single Someday I'll Fly and the second plug What Have U Done, both penned by the singer-songwriter.

Yoga Lin - fiction.

Having recently received three Golden Melody Award nominations (including those for Best Album and Best Male Singer), Yoga Lin is making a major leap forward in his career. The acclaimed Taiwan singer, currently preparing for his upcoming concerts at the Taipei Arena and the Hong Kong Coliseum, is also about to unleash his anticipated fourth album. Titled Fiction, the new Yoga Lin album is conceived as a "music novel" with 10 chapters (songs), and Yoga has left his mark on every part of the production process. Produced by Sandee Chan, the first plug Si Fan is a whimsical number about aliens visiting earth, a stylish blend of rock and electronic with 70s disco and 80s new wave, while another main plug "Seduction" is an old-school ballad with blues/jazz flavors.
