Alan 1st Chinese Album Release in Beijing; Wei Chen Gives Her Stuffed Dog

Alan held her press conference in Beijing for her first Chinese album, Heart of the Orient (her cover album didn't count imo) and sang two songs.

Her good friend Wei Chen who rushed to be at the album release gave her a stuffed dog saying "As her fans know, A Lan has a dog that she loves, but because she is so busy she can't see him as much.  So I'm giving you this small stuffed dog, so that he can accompany you anywhere, anytime."




 

Alan is so cute and Wei Chen is such a sweetheart. I think he really did rush to her press conference, because he was wearing that same hideous red striped sweater at the Shining Red Star press conference he had to go to with the rest of his company, eeMedia which was held around the same time.

These two are too adorable together. They both attended Sichuan Conservatory of Music at one point (her for high school, him for college), were the two Chinese representatives at 9th Asian New Singer Competition in 2006, did that duet together, and now he's helping her debut in China (even if her Chinese album was mostly remakes). Awww...
